eading for the underbrush I first had to go over
the canal where the meeting was earlier.
I will slip over to the bridge until it's safe to go.
I figured that I would wait awhile since there maybe evil souls lingering around. It
seemed to be ok after waiting, so off I went. I ran across the bridge and to the bushes
as fast as I could. Stopping to catch my breathe all I could think was that I had made it.
I traveled for hours hoping I would come upon somewhere safe. Coming on a grove
of trees it looked like a good place to take a break and rest. Going deep in the
grove I came upon a small stream. This was good for stopping, getting a drink, and tend to the
wounds on my legs. They were cut up pretty bad from all the thorns I had been tangling with.
ending to my wounds I noticed beyond the trees was
an orange glow in the sky. When I was done caring for my cuts, I moved to
the outer edge of the grove. To my surprise was what looked like a village.
When I got to the entrance it was clear now I had
arrived at the Cemetary Progg had been talking about. Of all the dumb luck
after walking for hours that I would end up at the very place where Progg
and his evil soldiers were going to attack. Realizing that this was not a
situation I wanted to be in. I had to get out of here and fast.
amn what the hell do I do now. I was really in a pickle now.
I knew that the area would be full of evil ones and no place to hide.
The only place I could go is up. I looked for a tree I could climb up to
conceal myself on the branches. That way unless someone looked up I might
be safely hide. I found a suitable tree and up I went. It wasn't long after
getting up the tree that a large group of warriors came through and passed
right under me. As near as I could tell I was now on the north side of the
cemetary.I knew that now because I recognized Phanto, who was one of my
captors earlier. Phanto stopped his advance just beyond my hiding place. I
could hear him saying "Halt, we will wait here till it is time to attack."
Oh great I thought I had to be extremely careful as not to be spotted. Not
to mention keeping very still.so as not to make any kind of noise. I wasn't
liking this situation at all. One little mistake and I would be history.
What made matters worse is that it wasn't very comfortable on the branch I
was perched on. All I could do now is play onceagain the waiting game. Since
I knew they were attacking at midnight, it wasn't much help since didn't have
my watch to tell what time it really was now. While sitting here thinking just
how much more of this terrible nightmare I could take,
Only time will tell when this would be over......
