atching my every step, I started down
the long hallway. If they where to come down the stairs I could
dash off into the many rooms along the way. As I'm sneaking around
recalling how I was able to escape the first time. It was common
knowledge that these old Mansions had all kinds of secret passageways.
The problem was to find them. The entrance could be behind anything from
a loose brick to a picture hanging on the wall. But I wasn't going to
worry about that now and kept moving toward the stairs. Now that I wasn't
being rushed through the hallway, I couldn't help but notice each room
I passed there were skeltons, bodies, and rotting flesh. Not to mention
the rats and who only knows what else running in these rooms.

ust reaching the bottom of the staircase I could
hear voices coming from upstairs. Quickly ducking into a room by the
stairs, it seemed as though there was some type of gathering going on.
My only concern at the moment was they wouldn't come down the stairs.
What I was about to hear now was Progg's plans to take over the Cemetary
of Horror. I would remain in this room very quite and calm hanging on too each and every word they were saying.

"ust all my commanders here" Progg spoke. "Yes we
are all here and awaiting your orders Master." "I have a couple of Mortals
downstairs which we will have to attend to after we have conquered the
Cemetary." A couple of Mortals, was there someone else being held here too.
"All you leaders get your armies ready to attack when my son's give the
order." Progg continued to instruct his commanders on how and what to do
with the poor souls. "Surprise is on out side and the attack should be swift,"
Progg said. "Remember ours is too totally destroy the good and throw their
kingdom into chaos." "Now go and round everyone up", Progg ordered.

could now hear everyone leaving. I waited a few more
minutes before any attempted to leave my hiding place. I just wanted to get out
but first I had to look to see if there was any one else here and help them.
Checking all the rooms, I could only find what I had seen before. Once I had
reached the stairs again, I started to go up but as quietly as I could. At
least the stairs were made of bricks therefore no creaking wood to give me
away. When I reached the top, poking my head out,
I could see this enormous
room. It had an eerie look about it especially with the cobwebs. Working my
way around the room I was looking for a secret passageway. If I could find
such an entrance I knew chances were better for escaping undetected. Plus
there would be more time to search the Mansion. As I was looking around the
fireplace on the lefthand side I spotted a crooked brick. I touched it and
suddenly a door opened on the adjacent wall. My heart pounded faster, I had
found a passageway.
