lowly polking my head from behind the tomb door, I scanned the area
to see if anything else was coming. It looked as though the coast at the moment was
clear. Now to look for a weapon was my next task before I went on my way. It was to
dark to see in the tomb so I lite one of the candles I had taken from the Mansion.
I didn't want to leave it lite to long in fear of being seen. I was in luck there
were a stack of iron rods with points lying close to the wall. They were perfect to
use as a spear. How much protection it would against these evil souls would remain to
be seen. But it made me feel better having something too at least try to defend myself
it need be. Now I was ready to leave the tomb and find my way back to safety. I had
decided to remain a few feet away from the pathway I had found. Then follow it to were
ever it would lead. That way if someone came up on me it would be easier to find
a place to hide till they passed.

uickly snatching up my spear, looking over the area again, I was off
to continue on my journey out of the pits of Hell. Having
decided to stay off the path wasn't the most pleasant way to go. It was like cutting a path
through a jungle. The underbrush was murder walking though. Vines with thorns on them felt
like needles piercing into my legs. But to me I had no choice if I didn't want to be seen.
The vines were like ropes wrapping around my legs causing me to trip and fall. Many a times
I thought of getting on the path but the price would be too high if I were to be caught. So
there was only one choice for me to stay in the underbrush. Every so often I would stop to
rest from this tire some task I was undertaking. I was becoming exhausted and started to look
for a safe place to stop for awhile.

s I looked ahead it seemed as though I was coming into some clearings. One could
tell because of the lack of trees ahead. As I reached the edge of the woods I found a pathway
and decided to go for it to see where it would lead me.
Before I knew it I found myself in a sea of tombstones oh great just what I needed a cemetary.

Making my way to the other side of the cemetary I saw a pathway out. Rushing through the
tombstones to get out of the damn open. I didn't stay on the path very long. It
was back into the underbrush for me. Now it was time to find a place to rest since I was beginning
to feel like a zombie, or to put it more bluntly feeling like the walkingdead.

inally I spotted an abandoned house and started to make my way towards it.
Fighting with the thorns all the way. I needed to tend to my wounds.
